Simple Steps to Start a Return
How to start your return in 3 steps?
Contact us: Email us at utilyyard@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 809-767-0849 (our support channel). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Verification: Our team will review your request and, if applicable (e.g., by default), we will ask you for a photo or video to confirm the condition of the product.
Processing and Refund: We will send you detailed instructions for collecting or shipping the product. Once the product arrives at our processing center and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days .
Cost Transparency
About Shipping Costs
Damaged Product or Our Error: If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or because we sent the wrong product, UtilyYa covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind/I Don't Want It: If you simply change your mind about your purchase (withdrawal), the customer assumes the cost of shipping it back to our processing center. This cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Special Cases (Exclusions)
Excluded Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Items for intimate or personal use (such as underwear, certain headphones).
Sealed products whose opening would compromise hygiene.
Gift cards or digital download products.
